A place on the Top 50 means these beers are recognised among the best available in the UK right now, and your vote can help to put them there.
What Is the We Are Beer Top 50?
The We Are Beer Top 50 UK Beers is the UK's most visible beer ranking. It combines the votes of beer drinkers, trade buyers, and an expert judging panel to build a list that reflects what people actually love, what sells, and what is genuinely respected across the industry. Over 150,000 people visit the list every year. National press covers it and buyers pay attention to it.
This is not a judging panel in a back room. Your vote counts, and it shapes the final list.
Why Does It Matter?
We Are Beer are the same people behind the London Craft Beer Festival and Bristol Craft Beer Festival. Fierce pours at both. The Top 50 is the same organisation, the same audience, and the same platform putting the UK's best beers in front of the beer drinkers who care most about what they drink.
A place on the shortlist means Fierce beers appear across the We Are Beer platform, reach over 150,000 engaged beer drinkers, and carry real weight in conversations with trade buyers and retailers. The Top 50 badge earns its place on packaging, in sales decks, and in bars.

How Does the Voting Work?
The We Are Beer Top 50 draws on three groups: beer drinkers, trade buyers, and an expert judging panel. All three carry weight in the final result. That is what makes it credible. It is not a popularity contest, but public votes genuinely matter, and right now the voting window is open.
The Top 50 shortlist is announced on Wednesday 24th June. The full rankings drop from 1st July, with the number one beer revealed on 2nd July. The prize giving takes place at the London Craft Beer Festival on 17th July 2026.
