Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter
The promoter is Fierce Beer Ltd, a company registered in Scotland with company number SC501206 and having its registered office at 60 Howe Moss Terrace, Aberdeen, AB21 0GR, Scotland, UK (the "Promoter").

2. The Prize Draw
This includes a Prize Draw (the "Draw") and the winner will be selected at random from all valid mailing list signups made through the url https://fiercebeer.com/pages/mailing-list-prize-draw received by the closing date. This draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

3. Eligibility and Entry
3.1. The Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families.
3.2. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
3.3. To enter the Draw, an entrant must:
* Scan the QR code on the promotional poster to visit the dedicated URL https://fiercebeer.com/pages/mailing-list-prize-draw.
* Join our mailing list before the Closing Date.
3.4. Closing Date: Automatic entry to the prize draw will close at 23:59 GMT on 31 October 2025. Any form submission received after this time will not be entered into the Draw.
3.5. By joining our mailing list from this URL, the entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. The Prize
4.1. The prizes available are:
* First Prize: £50 GBP
* Second Prize: £25 GBP
4.2. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. The winner will be chosen by a random draw from all valid entries received. The draw will take place on 01 November 2025 (the "Draw Date").
5.2. The winner will be notified by the email address provided on entry within 7 days of the Draw Date.
5.3. The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of receiving the notification email. If the winner does not respond within this period, they will forfeit the prize, and the Promoter will be entitled to select an alternative winner in the same manner.
5.4. The Promoter must publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. The Promoter will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails marketing@fiercebeer.com within one month after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published, you must notify the Promoter when claiming your prize.

6. Data Protection and Marketing Consent (GDPR / PECR)

6.1. Marketing Consent: By signing up to join the mailing list, you consent to receiving marketing emails from the promoter.
6.2. All personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://fiercebeer.com/pages/privacy-and-cookie-policy.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Scotland.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
