Many editions of our velvet-smooth Imperial stout Very Big Moose have been brewed and barrelled over the years.

For the first time in almost a decade of VBM, we're releasing all three of this year's vintage, as a gift pack. A specially designed windowed box showing our most special beer release of the year. An essential gift for that VBM fanatic in your life. Even if that fanatic turns out to be yourself.

So what's in the box?

Bourbon

This is the one that we can’t stop coming back to. Our signature VBM recipe, packed with cacao and vanilla, bringing flavours of chocolate ganache and rich espresso. Maturation in bourbon casks adds complexity, with notes of toasted oak and burnt sugar.

Islay

After ten years of requests, we've put it in Islay cask. Our signature VBM recipe, packed with cacao and vanilla and matured in Islay Whisky barrels, this VBM has the unmistakeable character of peat smoke, charred wood, brine and salt spray.

Black Forest

To celebrate our tenth birthday, we teamed up with our friends from Tartarus to brew a brand new take on VBM. Featuring the rich and decadent flavour of Black Forest Gateau and matured in bourbon cask. This is possibly our smoothest ever moose.
