One of a pair of beers released for our 9th birthday. Comforting aromas of sweet raspberry, ganache and vanilla, supported by the bold flavour of a big chocolatey stout, and balanced with just the right amount of roast.

MALT BILL: Pale, Crystal, brown, Carafa, jumbo oats
KETTLE HOPS: Summit
ADDITIONS: Chocolate, raspberry, vanilla, Muscovado sugar 
AROMA: Raspberry ruffles, neopolitan ice cream
FLAVOUR: Dark chocolate, raspberry liqueur
