Many editions of our velvet-smooth Imperial stout Very Big Moose have been brewed and barrelled over the years. This is the one that we can’t stop coming back to. Our signature VBM recipe, packed with cacao and vanilla, bringing flavours of chocolate ganache and rich espresso. Maturation in bourbon casks adds complexity, with notes of toasted oak and burnt sugar.
