Many editions of our velvet-smooth Imperial stout Very Big Moose have been brewed and barrelled over the years. For this version, we invited Emperor’s Brewery to collaborate, and the result is a millionaire’s shortbread-inspired VBM. Layered with flavours of rich chocolate, caramel, and biscuit, and infused with the warmth and distinctive oaky character of bourbon barrel.
