A few years back, I was bereft when Citrus Tart vanished from the Fierce Beer range. It was my regular tipple - fruity, tart and incredibly crisp. I almost had that high again with the new flagship, Cerveza was launched and it moved into the top beer slot for me

But then Soorveza came along - and it's Citrus Tart 2.0 - and it's incredible. A mix of both the tartness from Citrus Tart and the crisp refreshing Cerveza, it has immediately shot into the number one slot - I can only pray that it doesn't disappear and becomes a regular beer, and one can hope, appear on the taps in the Edinburgh store!
