Position Overview:

As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our craft beer sales in the vibrant market of London. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, promoting our diverse range of craft beers, and ensuring the brand's presence is strong in the competitive market. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join a company in a key stage of growth in a new territory. The right person will have the opportunity to grow and develop the role as their own.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Sales and Business Development
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including pubs, restaurants, and speciality retailers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.

 

Product Promotion
- Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to showcase the range of our craft beers.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products to drive sales.

 

Market Analysis
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding market insights and opportunities.

 

Customer Service
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and timely resolution of any issues.
- Act as a mature brand ambassador, representing the company professionally and responsibly at all times.

 

Qualifications

- Previous experience in account management and field sales, preferably in the beverage industry.

- Knowledge and passion for craft beer.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
