Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to business operations.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement or cost-saving measures.
- Implement pricing strategies to maximise profitability while remaining competitive.
- Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure adequate stock levels at all times.
- Conduct regular stock takes and audits to minimise shrinkage and losses.
- Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff, duty managers, and assistant managers.
- Set performance targets and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and excellence in customer service.

- A strong leader with proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the bar or hospitality industry.
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports effectively.
- A passion for craft beer and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- The ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and compliance.
- An approachable and supportive management style that fosters a positive work environment.
